Quality System Policy
Management of the company Dřevotvar družstvo with the registered office in Jablonné nad Orlicí determined basic directions of the quality system policy for the following period as follows:
1. PRODUCTION
To produce high-quality and profitable products in two basic assortments:
a) furniture and pieces for furniture
b) wooden kitchenware
2. SALES OF FINISHED PRODUCTS
Realize finished products in such way, so that the maximum customer satisfaction is achieved, reasonable profit is realised and supplies were paid on time.
3. PURCHASE OF MATERIAL
To search for the most reliable and most advantageous sources of purchase of materials and to ensure supplies are delivered within required terms and quality.
4. ECONOMY
To create a system of economic management of the cooperative ensuring a creation of profit increase of the capital of the cooperative. To develop an evaluation system of effectivity both of the company as a whole as well as individual production centres and processes.
5. QUALITY, SUPLLY CHAIN SECURITY
To prevent quality nonconformance by implementing and maintaining an effective quality management system. To observe principles according to the certification ČSN EN ISO 9001.
To be a secure supplier, reliably fulfilling customer requirements, responsibly meeting deadlines and delivering quality products, data and know-how protection and following legal obligations.
To periodically analyze any potential security threats and/or risks and to take relevant measures to ensure maximum security of the entire supply chain for all its customers. To collaborate with suppliers of materials and services to ensure and increase the security of the supply chain. To continuously improve its safety management system to make the company a reliable partner for its customers. Comply with the principles of ČSN EN ISO 28000 certification.
6. ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALT PROTECTION
To use such materials and technologies for production, which are maximally ecological. To observe the principles according to the certification ČSN EN 14001, FSC and ISCC. Safety and health protection of all employees is the basic priority for the company management. To ensure health protection, the company implemented and observes the procedures resulting in prevention of accidents in work and elimination of risks. To observe principles according to the certification ČSN EN 45001.
7. EDUCATION
To continually expand education and evaluation of employees to lead them to increase their levels of knowledge and their responsibility in the area of the integrated management system.
